EFK Moen led the development of construction plans for a new entrance to the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Headquarters Building in downtown St. Louis. The new entrance was designed to meet MSD’s water quality requirements and showcase different styles of water quality features available for use within the District.
The new design provides enhancements to the front and rear entrances with improved accessibility and pedestrian access from the adjacent streets and parking lots, additional green infrastructure for stormwater runoff reduction and treatment, educational opportunities for the public, and ADA compliant access.
